WWTS announces it?s ?You Guess It ? contest which officially starts
September 10, 2001.
Each and every Monday night throughout the entire regular football
season, a WWTS customer can win $10,000 in CASH!
Below are the rules and regulations. Please call if you have questions
or comments.
Rules & Regulations
1. ?You Guess It!? officially begins on Monday 10th September,
2001. Winners will be announced every Tuesday at 2:00pm.
2. Each participant will receive only one entry and must pick:
(a) The winning team and their final score and
(b) The losing team and their final score of the Monday night NFL game.
3. A sum of $10,000 will be awarded to the winner. In the event of
a tie(s) the sum of $10,000 will be divided equally among the winners.
4. For an account holder to be deemed "eligible" to participate,
there must be a minimum of $50 in their wagering account at the time of
the ?guess.? WWTS maintains strict company records and will review all
account activity prior to the issuance of any winnings.
5. You must have an active wager of at least $10 on the Monday
night football game in order to participate. Wagers include: Straight
Bets (side, total, 1st or 2nd Half), Action Point, and a selection in a
Teaser, Parlay, If Bet or Reverse.
6. Each applicant must supply a valid email address upon
registration. WWTS will notify the winner via email.
7. In the event of any winner being listed as a joint account, the
$10,000 will be awarded to the first name on the account. WWTS will not
determine the distribution of the sum given to joint accounts.
8. Family, household members at the same physical address,
employees of WWTS, and persons under the age of 18 are ineligible to
participate in this promotion, and shall be ineligible for any monetary
awards covered herein.
9. WWTS and our designee(s) may use the name and likeness of the
winner(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to the
winner(s).
10. The sum of $10,000, or part thereof, will be credited to the
account(s) of the winner(s). However the winner(s) can opt for
alternative arrangements by calling the WWTS Accounting Department at
(800) 580-5558. Monetary awards are not transferable to any other WWTS
account, WWTS subsidiaries or other organizations that are deemed to be
competitors of WWTS or it?s subsidiaries.
11. WWTS reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who was determined to have tampered with the entry
process or has otherwise acted in violation of these rules. Upon
disqualification, entries will be considered null and void.
12. If, for whatever reason, WWTS is no longer able to host this
promotion, no winner(s) will be named, no monies will be awarded, and
WWTS will not be liable for any damages that may be incurred by
participants.
