Just a note, this is a horrendous spot for PHX coming home off of three straight on the road with this being their 4th game in 6 nights. DET has yet to win a game on the road. Started this road trip at LAC on Monday and with SA on deck for Friday, they know this might be their best chance to get that first road win.

Lost the TT by one :facepalm:
Was looking good when the Raps had only ONE point through the first four minutes of the 4th Qtr. Hard for a TT to go over in any half with a four minute scoring drought.
Deezy, just keep an eye out on these 2h O/U ....
if the combine scores in the 1H went over the posted total by more than 15 pts then take the 2H UN ... vice versa ... if it went UN the posted total by 15+ then take the 2H OVER. it been doing well so far.

Good calls Kenman. That kind of trend a solid basis to start handicapping halftimes and while I agree with your premise, I, myself, also try to incorporate statistical analysis of 1H shooting stats, pace of play and previous halftime performance in similar situations for each team, while, of course, factoring in certain situational factors such as travel, rest and look-ahead spots.
On a side note, I really miss the days of the daily NBA thoughts and value-hunting threads. We should really get back to that on this board and put our heads together to maximize our collective handicapping potential. Miss some of the old-heads who used to around here, not even sure I remember their handles anymore...
