While I am still tracking games (I have yet to play anything yet but dogs between 8.5 - 15 pts seem to have value this week) I cannot understand the line tomorrow? Washington clearly is a better team amongst most rating systems, yet UTEP is a 2 pt home fav? This looks like the Crieghton/TCU game, but maybe not? Does anyone have some reasoning for this line?
