Here are my second round predictions:
Sabres\Pens Buffalo -140 5 units*****
-Love this matchup this year. Sares have alot more O weapons than in their cup run of 99. Sabres have a better D and a better goalie. Their PK will be key in shutting down Pitt PP. Lemieux\Jagr will score-but not enough.
Sabres in 5
Blues\Stars St Louis +135 1.5 units
-Blues finally got out of the 1st round and might be tough. Stars are tough on the road-but I don't think they are unbeatable at home as in the past. Look for a gritty series and will take the extra juice +135.
Blues in 6
Leafs\Devils Leafs +350 .5 unit
-Devils are the better team-but Toronto has a shot here. Leafs need Cujo to come up big. Low scoring games are a must.
Leafs in 6
Avs\Kings Pass
-The chic pick is LA-but I can't pull the trigger. Colorado has been lying in wait resting. Goaltending will eventually bite the Kings.
Avs sweep in 4.
