Couldn't wait as a kid to get the JC Penney and Sears catalogs in the fall to see what toys I wanted Santa to bring, and would circle them with crayons and magic markers and just sit and stare at the pictures imagining having them.

I suspect that you may be confusing the toys with the lingerie models. :nono:

Saw a piece about the catalogs on the local news not long ago. Some of the vintage catalogs from JCP, Montgomery Wards and Sears from the '50s and '60s are going for upwards to $100 on ebay.
