What you have to do is very simple, starting with the NFL week 10 and up to the end of the regular season, fill out our weekly form with the all the picks for the regularly scheduled games for that week, plus give us action of a minimum of $100 per week in any sport, this must include at least 1(one) wager on our exciting NFL Mania Matches. This has to be done every week from week 10 through week 17 of the NFL regular season.
The form with the picks has to be submitted by 12 noon the Saturday prior to the games of that week.
