I have talked to Fedex over 10 times and they said SHIPPER has to file claim.
1vice has only called Fedex to get claim number to research, Fedex considered it lost
NOW, Fedex says shipper needs to call with account number so it officially will be considered lost!!!
I have asked 1vice yo give me a name at Fedex who they talked to and basically they won't for some reason.
#1 claim was issued to 1vice by Fedex
#2 now 1vice needs to work with Fedex, NOT ME(I have tried 10 times), Fedex after talking to 1vice will put package as lost on website instead of pending.
Basically 1 vice needs to follow through and they will not. Need them to call Fedex and get me a name who says receiver needs to follow through on this. They have told me repeatedly that shipper needs to.
