Question: Clarification please when u get a chance....

You put a "2" up for SDak St -1.5 on the road at N Dakota... (the line shows it opened at 4.5 ~ trying to drop a bit)
HOWEVER... So. Dakota IS -1.5 @ hm vs N. Dakota St (opened 1.5... up to -2 at some spots)

Is it possible to confirm the play 1 way or the other please? :shrug:
