2 half unit plays az-2 and tampa+1 you would think at least 1 of 2 of the better teams will win at home so worse should be is a split.

the other 2 games are a unit each could lose them all and still be up 2.25 units so i will walk away with a profit this week and that is all that counts had 3-0 so far with my other plays and they were all 2 unit games had ml on col, the under and had the ov at a higher number on yesterdays game then played it again when it came down.

if i was not up and protecting my profit the tb, philly and az over would be 2 unit plays but the key is to make a profit each week when your income is based on handicapping and at times i still f-up and learn from it we all do but if you follow sound money management and look at this as a business then you will make money over the long run, not about action about making money and protecting or stoping when you made your set profit.

fed you need to read this you scare me with the action statment under your post :eek: let me retrain you say this everyday when you wake up and before you make a play, say this is a business and i am in it for the investment not the action. say this 30 times a day and stand by it and in a few months you will see your bank grow , i am not bsing you, hell look at it like this easy to do say you make 100$ is all to start as you stop point which is not hard , that is a extra 5,200 a year then you bump to 150 then 200 and before long you will make a extra 15,000-20,000 a year , the problem people look at 50 or 100 and say that is nothing but over time if you have another job it turns into a better raise then you will ever get. try it for 3 months and you will be happy. just gave out a fletcher secreat and i shoot for a little more but it can be done and if you hit a bad streak say -3 units stop for the week and pick back up and you up your cut off by 50 bucks and you will avg out winning a nice little extra cash, the key is to take the profit and protect it each week if you make it fast say 1st or 2nd day then enjoy the week. you my man are my experiment for the next 3 months email me your plays and then i will say when to stop, i will prove anyone can make money at this if they follow money management. IE is a great one for this also. just look at what he does he is at a point where he knows when to cut it off for the week and has treated him very well, a few years ago he was putting together a system on a few different sports so that did not count but once he worked out all the kinks he makes a nice profit all the time. granted his stuff took a lot of time and work but it has paid off well the last 1.5 to 2 years for him. you can do it:)

yea, fletcher

thanks for the advice i know i have bad money management, the funny thing is i have been lectured on what to do, and i know the concept, but when it comes around to doing it i fall apart

example: sat rolls around 1000000000cbb games on the board

i have a verrrry hard time keping it to a few plays, i usually spread the bank roll out, i know its not right, and it is what seperates me from the likes of you

i will definatly take notice of your warning to me, and i appreciate your concern for the lil guy:yup

Fletch,

I was raeding your money management response with great interest. Do you in fact have a particular goal of X amount of units that you shoot for each week? If you make that goal, do you quit for the rest of the week, or risk, say 50% of the profits during the rest of the week and lock up the remaining 50%?

Thanks in advance,
"Joe" :cool:

yes I do and when reached i shut down which is where i am at after tonight shut down mode till next week in hoops i have a different bank for arena so i will play off of it and i also have a shut down goal if I am not winning, lost money is never found by chasing it, always live to play another week if not you will go broke fast. even If i love a play tuff i make my living off of this , it is my job so to waste my pay check once I have it for the week would be stupid, more times then not when you break the rules you learn a lesson and in this job learning a lessom means losing money that you should not of due to being greedy.

good luck hope this helps

Fletch,

Thanks for the response.

Being disciplined is the lesson I have the most trouble with. I, probably along with countless others, often find myself up anywhere from 3 to 5 units after Fridays plays and facing a HUGE basketball card on Saturday. Needless to say, I get my ass handed to me on Saturday, piss away the profits from the week, and lose a bit on top of that.

I'm definitely going to try it your way....naturally, you make a lotta sense.

Continued success.....and "Thanks"!!
