I am pre-approved for $20,000 based on my home!

I can't wait to get the cash!

I think it is great that I am pre-approved on the apt that I live in!

I was shocked to learn that I had that kind of equity built up in the place after two short years.

Hey check it out. If the interest is lower then your reguler card. Use it. Then tell them they can have your house. No don't do that. But if the interest is better. No law says you can't.
