Have been a big fan and lurker of this site for over 20 years , couldn't remember my screen name or the email address from when I joined back then, been lurking and haven't posted anything since 1998, so I just started with a fresh one. Lived in PA when I joined but have since moved and have resided in Vegas since 2004. Just wanted to thank everyone here in the Soccer forum, you guys are great. I never bet Soccer until about 2 years ago when I came in here and started reading the posts and now I keep coming back to see what the Kid or Bason are playing and all you other guys as well. Big thank you to everyone on your insight, opinions, expertise, etc.!! I mostly just bet totals. i need to expand on that and start betting sides but I still have some learning to do on Soccer. Can anybody tell me where in Vegas has the best betting for soccer and the bigger selection of bets? Loved Kid's Kilmarnock play today but have no clue if any casino here even offered it so I missed out? I haven't used any online sports betting sites since moving out here and currently only use the William Hill app but they are pretty limited, pretty much European and only select games at that. I would like to get in on some of these Scottish games and I am also interested in Italian Serie B and a couple others. Any casinos offer these leagues or do I need to go back to online for some of those? Any input is greatly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work!

Thanks KSlamm, appreciate the kind words. We always like hearing that people enjoy the work we do.

I used to go to Vegas about 4 times a year. To be honest, I almost always made all my soccer bets online. I used to stay at the Mirage a lot and I was able to get some lines on the lesser leagues, but I had to go up and talk to the Sportsbook manager in order to do so. Also, never got good lines in Vegas, never. The Westgate is by far the best overall book, but I just did not want to take the time to go over there and place the bets. I have heard that they are now taking bets on most leagues. I have also heard that the William Hill casinos will have lines on some of those leagues, but not sure if it is different than your app.

It has been a few years since I have been there, so maybe things have changed, but it has never been a soccer friendly town. Since you live there now, I would simply call around to be sure. Vegas is just not a town oriented towards soccer bettors. I had to pull teeth last time I was there to get the 4:30 EPL game on TV at the Mirage during American football season.

I really think you need an online account to get the best soccer options and multiples if you really want to play the best line game. The bigger ones like Bovada or 5 Dimes where you can move lines can be advantageous. You will notice that Kid will take Pk lines and moves totals down, and just lay the bigger juice to do so. I also have never seen an Asian line in Vegas.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the response Bason. Very much appreciated. I just may have to get an online account again. Up until I popped into this forum I was strictly baseball and college baskets. Got the William Hill app as it fit my needs for those games and so easy to bet from home and make withdrawals without leaving the house. One I hate waiting in the sportsbook lines and 2 I have hard time collecting and walking straight out without hitting the roulette table lol. Figured I would check here with the experts and get some feedback. Dont really want to drive downtown to the Westgate just to be disappointed.

When I?m in Vegas I?ve prob bet 3 soccer games in my life there. Lines suck, lots of time you don?t get any spreads at all let alone different spreads that i like to play , that you do online especially on bovada. 5 dimes to a lesser extent. They also usually only have the bigger leagues and like I said mostly 3 ways and at extreme Juice. Soccer IMO has to be bet online.

I always found it so friggen stupid that William Hill USA wouldn't offer all the soccer lines that their company has betting lines for.

I can log on to William Hill here in Canada and wager on the El Salvador Primera Division for fucks sake. Yet if you have access to an ap in Nevada, they don't offer hardly any soccer.

I mean it is the same company for fucks sake, they have lines on 8 billion soccer lines if you are outside of USA but if reside in the USA they don't offer hardly anything, so stupid.

For the record there are 79 different betting options for tonights El Salvador games, and no I am not joking:scared

Last time I was in Vegas you could open up an account and use that casino's app to place wagers as long as you are in Nevada. I used MGM's and can tell you that you get a TON of options on the app you won't get at the window, at least not easily.

Like Bason said you can talk with the sportsbook manager, but it was just easier to use the app. I'm an early riser, even when in Vegas so I wanted to bet the early EPL games on Saturday which are 4:30 am starts and no book opened that early so that's why I got the app to begin with, finding the myriad of options was a bonus in the deal.

You have to deposit money up front and go get the cash before you leave town and that only happens at the sportsbook, not at random cashier windows. I bring that up because you can cash winning tickets 24 hours a day in Vegas at any cashier window but don't be fooled (like I was) that you can withdraw the funds from any window.

Why is that important? Well, if you don't think it through and are betting late games on the app that end after the sportsbook closes and have a flight out of town in the morning before the sportsbook opens your money is not accessible.

Don't ask why I know that......

Westgate should havebthe best offerings in Vegas on Soccer. They have an app too. William Hill will throw you out if you demonstrate any ability to win over even a short time.

Posting those lines would be a waste of time and effort in the States. That's why they pass on it.
