WHY is it that it seems every 28 days there is a HUGE bitching, pissing and moaning arguement on here?

A similirly strong arguement could be made for the fact that there is 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day.

Now why oh why is there pissing and moaning and bitching every 28 days?
Either there is a bunch of women running rampant on the interent, or there isa severe case of vaginitis running loose across the country.
