I love fried clams and fried fish, but there's only so much fried food I can eat before the oil makes nauseous.

I never had fried scallops. I want to try. I prefer clams steamed but like fried clams. I don't care for fried oysters, I only eat those raw.

I would love to help tear that platter up.

I would crush probably half of that. It is the only thing I can't get out here in Vegas. They used to have a place in Henderson but it's been closed for 8 years...I crushed this platter when I went home to NH back in July!!!
I worked in that restaurant back in the 80s (not Woodmans, the Goldenrod) but they are the same exact concept!!

Wow! $284's a lot of scratch. If I'm spending that much, I'd rather go for this monstrosity at Fishmans Lobster Clubhouse in Scarborough (East Toronto).
