you: I have made 2 reup deposits and assumed that I was going to get 20% bonuses for ea. Looking into my account I had noticed I never received them. I called and was told that I was only going to receive a bonus 1 one of the reups. I feel that if your going to offer the bonuses than you should follow through with it.

you: I was under the understanding that you have to roll over the bonus money 5 times in order to receive a payout. I guess I shouldn't have assumed they automatically award it to you.
