2betdsi/bookmaker/betcris have been around forever. A solid book.

I've used them for several years. Payouts are easy and relatively quick. Not a many lines as 5 Dimes or The Greek. As said, very solid backing - no worry about ever getting paid. Plus, only times I have had a problem customer service always took care of it asap.
