Hey, where's the weeders? Ya didn't have to do much weeding on the Men's side for my 1st round listing:
Moya (+180, wow), Agassi (-250 or sumthin like that), Ginepri (-270), Massu (-230)>>> > ALL WINAHS:jump:

Oh, yeah.. almost fergots - Johansson (+130) LOSAH. Doncha just hate losing them 5-7 and 6-7 sets? I seem to be on the losing side of those sets all too often.

Now for the first round Women's side, first round picks. Well, you woulda needed a derrick to get to the winners cause Sperm ...er, Sprem (+148) and Castano (-165 phoooey) lost. Anybody had the ba..er, guts to go on Shiavone with me at -400. Can't blame if ya didn't. But she won.

OK, here's today's THOROUGHLY analyzed picks:

AGASSI +170 vs. Baghie : This one very much looks like talent a plenty, brains, experience a plenty, but maybe broken (physically) vs. pretty decent talent, no brains (strategy), poor coaching, medium experience, talent a plenty, not sure about any ailments. So, add it up and play Agassi at these odds. Ain't cortisone (not sure bout the spelling, but you get my drift. Never touched the stuff) wonderful?

MASSU +148 vs. Youznhy: These two are even Stephen. Elements of their games are very close, in fact only edge that I PLAY particular attention to is serves and that goes double on hard court action - Massu has an edge here in that category. Nice looking play here at REALLY attractive odds.

FERRER -380 (think you might see better odds later today) : He just outclasses Gimel and his US Open record outclasse Gimel a LOT. Odds too low?... use him as a parlay stuffer.

Misc. stuff:
Anybody see prop. odds on Roddick to win the Open? Think more and more "experts" and bettors are thinking he has a shot and I'm about to jump on the gravy train. That is - THE FIELD wins, NOT Roddick. That's cause I think he has NO shot. Connors may have helped his tennis game, but its gonna take a shrink to get his mind where it needs to be to win this thing. Hey, anybody see John Rocker around?

Good luck with these.
(edited to fix the "underline code" where "Misc. stuff" is)

Hey, TIB.. you around?
I know you're interested in game handicaps (like +2 1/2 games or -2 1/2, stuff like that). Well, thinking I might take a shot with one today too.

Adding:

MOODIE plus + 4 1/2 @ - 120: He went into a tailspin since last yr. but his most recent form ESP at this Open is looking much better. Musta been gearing up for the Open. On the other side of the court will be Monfils. Monfils has won for me a few times and I really like his foot speed and hard hitting. He's a rangie thang. Well, he appeared to be playing quite defensively in his last AND has feet, groin, and who knows what other phys. problems going on. He's always been a little short on stamina also. So forget the foot speed advantage today. Just hope he TIRES before he reTIRES in this match today and the 4 1/2 games spot starts looking really good to me.

Good luck today or on your next Open play.

... . .. and, .. . you didn't play Moodie:nono:

You say, Drama? You kidding that's all a bunch of nonsense and it doesn't mean didley squat. I won't be wasting another minute reading any of that silly stuff.
Here's some "outside of tennis" advice for ya TIB, just skip over any posts by peoples who have inferiority complexes or ego problems.... thems will drive ya nuts if you keep wasting your time with them. Time that you could be spending handicapping damit!. :142smilie

Ya know, that is the second time I took a DOG and the handicap (spotted games) and now BOTH times the dang DOG won outright at some decent odds. The other time it happened to me is posted around here someplace.

Anyway, if ya missed Moodie AND ya missed Massu (HOPE you did miss that basstage) .... .. . . ya still gots time for Agassi. IF YOU ALSO think he's got a shot tonight. :thumb:

One of my weird little quirks, i hate to watch games or matches i have money on. Which makes it easier to match this Agassi match which is on right now.....great stuff. But i couldn't stand it if i had bet on it. 5-5 in fifth set right now

And its over, Ags pulled it out. Great call
