True, those home wins have come against the likes of Chattanooga and a down East Carolina team so Saturday's game will serve as a true barometer as to the legitimacy of this West Virginia team. The Terrapins haven't beatedn anyone of note themselves and have lost big in games against powerhouses like Notre Dame and FSU. It goes without saying that this should be a good ball game. The Mountaineers are lead by Senior RB Avon Cobourne who had 260 yds/2 touchdowns in last week's win over ECU. Last year, WV lead the nation in pass defense and this return 7 starters and having 4 games under their collective belts along with the new recruits should make it hard for Maryland to move the ball. Maryland's offense averages 0.0 ppg on the road, but again that was against two stellar defenses. They should be able to score some today, but the West Virginia playing with more confidence under Rodrigues should be able to win and cover the small number here.
