Nick, I agree that if you bet teaser's every week that you will get burned. I do like to play them early in the season and then back again the last few weeks of the season. Most of the top teams seem to do well at home. And even if tampa is playing at dallas, I still think they should not have a problem with winning the game. The thought process is that you pick the three teams that you feel will win the game period, without points + or -. unless the line is + 12 or above, then I take the dog's +22 or better. This works for me and only on the nfl. College ball is much more unpredictable with point spreads, nfl lines are alot tighter giving more value to 10,7 or 6 points. Why do I play early then back off early mid season only to go back to tease's late season? Early on top teams may not beat a team by 8 or more points, but they will win to get off to a good start by any means necessary, even if they are having a bad day. mid season they may have a mid season slump of a game or two as fatigue and some complacency may set in for a few games. Late in the season most top teams are playing for field position in the play offs. while teaser beats are not my play every week, there are times that it does work for me. Am I saying i will hit all of them,,, Hell No, but I have won more than I lost or I would not play them. Just as most cappers have a system that works for them whether it is straight bets, parlay's (which have cost me a lot more than teasers, what ever works for the capper. It would be interesting to hear other view points on player's systems out there. So go ahead and kick my butt on my system, I am thick skined and am alway's wanting to learn better way's from successful people.
