3 teams up by 17 at half- whats that 2nd half UNDER system?

it says go UNDER if a team is up by 17 or more at the half, but is it stronger if it's the ROAD team or HOME team that is up by 17? I remember one is stronger, but cant remember which- thx.

I have both seattle and atl for the game.....was going to be greedy and take jax + 49ers for the 2nd...but greed always bites me....i'm staying away

yup....i love that system...it was take the UNDER when the road team was up by more than 16 points at halftime!
