I value the information shared here on this forum. I have been using the information each week to help my capping. I only play 3 games each Sunday. This method has been very good to me so far ? Will this continue? Hope so. I figured I would post my plays each Sunday. Here's what I like today:

TB/Minny - TB looked like hell last week, Minny looked great. Home team has won and covered the last 7 in this series. Desperate teams in the NFL win. I look for an ugly, grind-em out 20-10 win for TB.
Det U 40 - Cinci has no passing game and has been horrible on the road to date. Det wide outs a-hurtin. James/Dillon - start your engines.
NO +12 - Again, N.o. looked like hell and Rams all world. It's all about match ups. A 12 point dog that has strong potential to win outright. Better yet - Ratmond loves them. How can you agrue.
