3 weeks and no payout

I requested over $8,000 to be sent to me from Horizon (www.bethorizon.com) back on April 15.
I call them everyday and it's a different excuse.
"We were caught with our pants down when many customers requested payouts at the same time."
or-
"Some clents sent fraudulant checks to us and now our bank is being slow in sending out money."
or-
"You will get your money tomorrow."
I will never see that $8,000 again. Why don't they just come out and tell me that!?

Hang in there Stag. Certainly I am not choosing their side, and they are terribly late. But, sometimes surprises are right around the corner. To give up & think that you will never see it is really expecting the worst......... So, try to have some patience, not necessarily for or with them, but with the situation & for yourself. Perhaps they will come thru.......no on else has posted problems, have they ? That is a good sign. 8k is not that much ( I know to you & me it is) to a book & I would think that they would have other problems if they cant pay 8K. And then close them out really quick & post again here & reiterate to eveyone here what thay did............So, hang in there and we are all pulling for you to get your hard earned $. THE HITMAN
