The browser one uses has little to do with eliminating/dealing with cookies on a particular website.
If you are talking about a way to not have anybody (any company/hacker/etc/etc) track your online activity, the answer is yes. Well sort of, I mean it can be done but you really and I mean really have to know what you are doing for that to happen.
Everything tracks you now, cameras everywhere, hell your tv even listens to ya now and that's even when ya turn it off😲
You can't escape it, it is the world we live in now, somebody is always watching.
So yeah.....I don't give a fuck about "cookies", well unless I am eating them

Use an incognito window and when the site asks you to accept cookies, do not agree.
