A small wager here on New Jersey. This line means the Devs must have at least a 73% chance of winning. I believe this is good value, but since the margin for error is so small, I am content to keep the wager amount low. New Jersey is just too tough and deep and skilled and strong for Toronto. This looks like a complete mismatch to me and even with CuJo playing well, I like the Devs to come out blazing in this game.
