I was wondering if you could get your opinions on this, a 43 yr old woman has had sex with a 13 yr old boy over a 6 months period, but the judge didn't give her any jail time, just a slap on the wrist with a 5 years probation as she is walking free right now. It is considered statutory rape, BUT the sentence can be very light, like no jail time, if it is proven that the boy did not get emotional harmed by this experience which he did not, plus the judge said it was consentual between the two. Do you think the judge made the right choice setting the lady free with a 5 year probation sentence, if not, what would you have sentenced the lady to???

Why that kind of stuff happens to everyone but me just baffles the mind! I know a couple of buddies moms that were about 40 when I was 13-16 that I would have loved to have nailed! Lucky little Thing! That is some Prime experience for that little kid!
She should have waited till he was 15. That little dinnke going to do some growing between 13 and 16. BF you are 100% right. I can think of 2 or 3 mom's I liked to have some fun with when I Was about 16. 13 seems to young. But hey girl next store got my cherry when I was not quite 15.
Most aggravating thing about it is the obvious sexism - if it was a 43 year old man and a 13 year old girl, the guy would, and rightly so, never see the light of day from his jail cell again. Bubba would be his only sex partner for the balance of his life. But, because the violator was a woman and the "victim" a boy, it is ok to let her off.
The case would of been way different if a older man in his 40's was banging a teen age girl. He would of for sure gone to jail for a long long time.
Think about it, do you really think that she was taking "advantage" of this kid? Or was he taking advantage of the situation? Do you know of any man that would gripe or complain about some lady giving him a little:shrug:If so then he would probably prefer it was a man that was taking advantage of him!
