49ers/Jets Lets win some $$ Help!!

Had an average day yesterday.... Hit Philly
-14 for 5 units and bet a small parlay on the 2nd half with Dallas +7/ over 17.5 and got really lucky with that one... Covered in the last minute.... But those two made up for some tough losses early in the day.... The Colts killed 3 parlays for me... But I'm really looking for a Big Monday night Game and would love to hear anyones comments or opinions on this game... I'm kinda on the fence with this one... Kinda leaning towards the 49ers but would love to hear everyones thoughts.... Thanks and good luck in whatever you play.. AM2kidz..

Jets barely beat New England, but maybe New England isnt that bad. San Fran has no running game. Its going to be hard to win alot of ballgames when your QB is your leading rusher. Hearst isnt 100% yet. Meanwhile Jets have Curtis Martin who is their best player and averaging almost 5 yards a carry. i might be a damn fool but im putting 5 units on a Proposition bet,

also, if the jets game plan is to run the football, The under could be a solid bet.

Both defenses look pretty solid. San Fran held the rams to 30, while miami gave up 42 points. Also the jets defense did well against the colts, with exception of the 2nd quarter colts scored 28. the rest of the game Jets didnt give up more than a touchdown in a quarter.

The Defenses have looked pretty solid over-all .... That was why I was thinkiing of teasing it down some... I just feel like with the hype of it being a Monday Night game that both offenses will be looking to light it up... Not real big on Trends but would love to know the percentages on the over and under's for Monday night games???
Any one have the correct numbers??

Gotta admit Tito.... I was one of the Colts backers yesterday... Was blown away by the total manhandling the Colts took... If it wasn't for me loading up on the Eagles last night I would of taken a bath yesterday...

I wouldn't get too excited over the Niners defensive performance vs the Rams. A closer look at the numbers shows the 4 pt final margin was very deceptive:

1. Total yardage: Rams 424 (SF had 232)
2. After SF scored with 6:47 remaining, the Rams held onto the ball the rest of the way. When the Niners defense needed to come up w/a stop, they couldn't.
3. Rams were penalized for 92 yards
4. Rams were minus 2 in turnovers, thanks to a pair of lost fumbles.
5. Rams were 6 for 10 in 3rd downs
6. Rams punted once the entire game
7. Rams were only 1 for 3 inside the red zone
8. SF game up 4.6 yards/run

Easily this game could've been 44-26.

I got my ass kicked too -- but instead of having a ho hum attitude, we have to take this seriously and get this back! We have to improve on our losses just like any competitor does and yes learn, but also get pissed instead of down.

Lets get em. I like the Jets tonight on a low bet......like to play emotion whenever there is some, and you can bet there will be some tonight -- Monday night on a huge stage. SF is no slouch, and I think could win too -- but I like to go with the Jets and the HFA with the dude with the fireman's hat leading the crowd and the team to victory.

what do you think about the over. think both teams could be coming out of the shoot and ready to put points on the board. Both defenses are young and both offenses are capable of putting points on the board. Add the emotion of playing in NY, and this could be a shoot out. What do you think?

Hey BP... Like previously stated in this thread I believe the over could be the play... But to be safe, will probably tease the over down and play it with the 49ers +10... But the bottom line is bet the team you think will win... In over 80% of all Monday night games if you pick the winner the line doesn't even come into play... So if you think the Jets will win, then take them... If you think the 49ers will win then take them... The only reason I would play a teaser is to get the total down to about 37 or 38.... This trend was covered thoroughly in last weekends Monday Night thread..... But whatever you decide to play I wish everyone the best of luck... Lets just continue to work together and try to accomplish the same GOAL... Beat the man and make some money... AM2kidz
