I placed a bet on the cubs +145 today came home after playing softball it shows it as a no bet call 5 dimes and they say sorry we made a mistake?This is not the first time they have posted winners as loser.I was told bye Franklin that it my job to make sure they pay out is right that's b.s. (have never seen a mistake that was to my side)

They are a good book and Tony will make it right, if you don't go posting they suck, write ie or jack when he gets back or can write me i have most of my people there, they are good with working with you as long as you stay calm by saying they suck will get you no-where i understand you are upset but it can get fixed just might take a few days and stay calm and deal with Toney when he gets back unless you write IE, or wait for jack or you can drop me a email and call me. They don't want to lose a client they are a good book so go another way like i said and i am sure they will do something for you.

That's not the point they corrected the problem but it like a thief giving you back your money after he got caught.I should not have to watch every move they make this is at least the third time this has happen and thats B.S. The mistake our always in there favor. That is someone trying to pull a fast one. I have already close my account and will never bet with them again. People should be aware that they are thief's!!!!!!!!

Don't know never happened that way I am also not a sports book. Its is there job and credibility at stake. If it was the first time I would maybe say shit happen but it is not. The problem was like oh yea its wrong will correct it like they new about it.The game was long over they weren't going to correct it if I didn't catch it.That is the problem.

In my experience, 5dimes makes more mistakes in grading plays than my other four books combined (maybe 12-15 that I've caught in about 4 years). I am less than religious in checking every one of my regular or smaller than regular plays (even at 5dimes), and for that reason, the ONE time I caught a mistake in my favor, I did NOT report it, given undoubted instances when I didn't catch mistakes in their favor.

I'm still there for the golf coverage and don't forsee that changing.

That's what I am trying to make people aware of.If it has happen to us how many times has it happen that people haven't caught it. I am just trying to make people aware of of problem. I don't care if 5 dimes sponsors mad-jacks or not right is right and wrong is wrong.I am not here to bash anyone just help people. 5 dimes did it all on there own. I am just telling people what happen.Which book would you say you have had the least problem grading game? It was also there attitude about the problem it was like oops its your job to watch us.

I use 5 Dimes almost daily and have only had one bet graded wrong and it was corrected without me notifying them in about a half an hour. They have fair lines and put out more props and fights than any other book. I think they are one of the best books out there.

Ferdville I used 5 dimes for 1-2 years If they correct a problem fast then thats a mistake but why are the mistakes always in there favor?I guess I want everyone to watch there bank roll no matter where you bet.I have just had more problems at 5 dimes then any other book. :sadwave: :sadwave: :sadwave:

At 8:33AM the Florida pitcher was changed from D Tejeda to Dontrelle Willis. Willis did start the game. The game was correctly graded as no action because "D Tejeda" did not start for Florida. Since there is no "D Tejeda" who pitches for the Marlins, the customer was given action on a winning bet which should have been kept a no action wager. At no time was the Cubs +145 wager graded as a loser.

This is what we get for giving a customer credit for a win. If the Cubs would have lost, the grade would have still been "no action". Would 5Dimes have gotten a call to take away the $$ ?

they paid you for a game where the wrong pitcher was listed because they made a mistake grading a game and made it up to you. you should be greatful. whatever your intentions are when placing a bet, the book has no way of knowing what you are doing. how do they know you weren't going to take a shot at them if the cubs lost and said, wait, there is no d tejada.

5 dimes is a solid book, although they could be better if their lines page wasn't put together by a kindergartner, but their lines are better than fair, they always pay, and their customer service is top notch. you got your email answered in 30 minutes at midnight. besides pinnacle, name another book that can do that.

my biggest pet peeve with everyone on this board and other betters is WHY ARE YOU NOT TAKING SCREENSHOTS OF ALL YOUR BETS. its so damn simple to do. ctrl-print screen. open up microsoft paint and hit cntrl-v. save it. then delete it when you get paid. such a simple task yet no one seems to do it. i promise you it will save a ton of frustration in the long run.

First off I am not sure who was the pitchers on that day? Second thing is know one ever discussed a pitching change when I called? They said ok will correct it. :look: :look:
I talked to a supervisor and never once was that discussed? :nooo: :nooo: We all know a book would not roll over like that if they were right.Now we have a story ok.Yep I looked at that ticket and that what it says? The other problem is still this is not the first time this has happened on those occasions Tony took care of it (and I like Tony) and has even giving me cash credit for my problems. When you can deal with Tony you won't have a problem but, Tony is rarely there.I just can't keep having to double check everything they do.I have other accounts offshore and have never had any of these problem.I have nothing to gain from this post just stating my opion and the facts that happened.
