i have always had good service with them,but not now i placed 8 bets on weds. run in the first inning with a 5 game chase on it ,well it won with 5 others, but 5 dimes cancelled 4 of them because they said they had the wrong pitchers listed so therefore the wrong line!!!!! well after verbally fighting on the phone and no apology they are not going to pay the wagers so from now on i will be telling anybody and everybody how sorry 5dimes are.that they lie steal and cheat you out of any amount of money they can,well i hope the next hurriacan that goes their way is named james and they have a bullseye on their ass!!!!!:scared

too bad...........5dimes my fav book....never ever had a problem with them....great customer service and lines on everything...sorry to see you had a bad experiance with them:SIB

the listed pitchers that he bet didn't pitch. all wagers off. standard with all sportsbooks.

that is correct,i ussally check the listed pitchers but didnt have time to check that afternoon so played them anyway,they had pichers listed from different teams!!! it was not a pitching change it was an error on their part by putting wrong pitchers on wrong team!!!!!if i make a mistake at least im resposible for appolligzing and telling a customer that its regrettable for their mistake and that they will strive to improve in the future. the manager flat out tolded me they werent sorry and tuff sh#@!t...... so im switching books and will always send out a bad review when a person askes about 5 dimes
