Started out with this book very cautious. I?ve been to almost every book you can imagine from the big boys like 5dimes and BetOnline to boutique books like HR Wager, 1Vice, etc.
There has never been a place that has treated me as well as BetaGame, specifically Will. Getting my deposits in quickly and safely has never been an issues.
The most important part of a book to me is if you run up your account balance, will you get your money? At BetaGame, the answer is unequivocally, YES!
For example I?ve deposited more than I?ve withdrawn, however there was a point in time when I withdrew 1K for four consecutive weeks. I?ve never done that before. I put in my request at 7am each Monday and Will had me paid out by 7:10am EVERY TIME.
In addition, there?s been a handful of times when Ive made a hick-up with account and Will handled it like a true professional. Typically, at other books it?s almost as if I?m bothering them or twisting off their arm for something small to keep me the client happy. Unlike most books, Will and Kurt are awesome at doing the little things to keep you playing at their book, and that?s a compliment I feel they?ve earned.
I read SBR, and look to see what other people?s experiences are with the so called safe books and I see horror stories.
BetaGame pays when you win, and services your account when you need help depositing. Just as another poster above me has said, I honestly do feel bad when I withdraw from them because Will is such a damn good guy. Will?s a guy I?d love to buy a beer for one day, and a SPORTSBOOK I would recommend my friends to for years to come.
