with credit card deposits it is the norm for any offshore to require the forms to prevent fraud for youself and themselves.

this is right on their website:

When deposits have been made using a Credit/Debit card (regardless of the redemption method used), a copy of the card, player identification, and a card authorization form must be on file.

That's exactly why I have yet to jump in to the online book world. Let me guess.......all of your DEPOSITS went thru without a hitch. I'm gonna guess that nobody told you "Sorry sir, but it's going to take a couple of days for us to remove that money from your credit card".....

Hey man,

If your going to come after a sponsored book, refrain from removing ALL the pertinent information so people can make a decision based off sound experience from a forum member.

This thread has lost all crdibility at this point as you were paid and you chose not to wait until Monday between 9AM - 1PM.

I understand the frustration but this will probably wind up in the dumpster after all the edits.

SENSITIVITY NOTE: In no way am I attacking you, but this was at one time an informative thread before the edits.

You were paid albiet with a $64 fee because you didn't want to accept the TERMS and CONDITIONS AGREED UPON AT DEPOSIT.

You'll get paid....don't worry.....5dimes one of the best out there, you'll get your money. I have used em for maybe 10 years. You'll get paid, don't worry.

5dimes customer service is terrible, but you'll get your money.

it's easier to get your money out by sportsbook transfer

but you'll have a rollover requirement at the other book prolly

4x? and maybe lose all your winnings
:mj07:

i usually do a transfer to the greek from 5dimes cuz 5dimes payout seems to lag

The $64 wasnt the issue, it was the fact that they gave me the run-around and their CS sux, they always give different answers, and they arent very nice. I had no problem making a desposit but taking $ out was a whole other issue.

Cheeze,

I agree 100%! And in hindsight I shouldn't have butted in but thought the removal of your key points which were valid made it less credible.

Thanks for not taking it the wrong way and apologize if it came across as crass.
