May be a stupid question....

Trying to make a withdrawal from my 5dimes account.....Is it common practice to have to submit a photo of my ID, bank statement or utility bill and photo of front of my debit/credit card of my original deposit?

debit/credit card's require this because of chargebacks/fraud...almost all of sportsbooks do this...if not all.

I breifly skimmed over all that when I made my deposit. Just opened the account in August. Thought maybe they were making me jump through hoops to deter a cash out. Thanks IE.
