5dimes cheque withdrawl

I have always used Western Union to withdrawl, but I am going to make my next withdrawl via Fed Ex cheque. I have some quick questions:


1) Any Canadians make a withdrawl via fed-ex, if so how long did it take to get to your house?

2) What bank was the cheque from? (I'm assuming it was in US funds, from a US bank).

I got one a few weeks ago. It's from CIBC Bank and it comes from Quebec. It took 2 days. Hope this helps.

5DIMES is a great book!! Rolled over my winnings from winning the Monday Night Contest. Sent me my money without a question. I can't say enough good things about them. One of my favorites books.:grins:

so cheque was from CIBC....wonderful...that bank is about 1 km from my place...that'll work out just fine!


Do have one question though:


Was the cheque in US funds? Or was it in Canadian? In other words if you withdrew 1000 US dollars was the cheque for 1000 US dollars or 1160 Canadian dollars?

Kickserv have used fedex with three books, BetJam was one of them. it works great. you get it in 2-3 days sometimes sooner, and the cheque came in the funds your account is in, so cdn. cdn dollars, us dollars.

in the future just try to find out that the cheque is drawn on a cdn. bank. had one that was not and took over 4 weeks to clear.
