This place is terrible. I called them to ask them about their monster teasers for Football. Now, these guys are the teaser specialists, right? So I asked one guy about the rules. He explained them, but he kept saying that he had to check on the rules. He didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about, so I called back later and a different guy gave me a different set of rules. Both of them kept telling me that they had to check on the rules, so it was clear that neither of them knew what was going on. I called a third time and this guy could barely even speak. He sounded like he was drunk. So basically, these guys had no clue. Then I tried the live chat and the girl answered one question and then just stopped responding to me. That was pleasant. I also e-mailed them about a week ago with a few simple questions and got no response. This place is the worst. How can they be teaser experts, but yet nobody there can give you answers to your questions about teasers? I called Millennium, the other teaser experts, and they answered all of my questions with no problem. 5dimes is a disaster. I still don't know their rules and don't even know how to find them out considering everyone who works there doesn't even know the rules. Anyone else have problems with these guys?

If you are so smart, why don't you go to the website for me and explain all of the teaser rules. As any genius can see, the rules are not fully explained. Can you combine college and pro? Can you combine sides and totals? Can you just play all totals? How long do I have to leave the teaser open? Understand now Big Tease? These rules are NOT explained on the website. This might be a solid book, which I do agree with. However, the customer service sucks. Try calling them and asking them these questions. You will get a million different answers depending on who you speak with. What do I have to do? Deposit money first and then just figure out the rules? That is ridiculous. Millennium explained all of the teaser rules just fine. Why can't 5dimes do the same?
