These guys have stolen $1500 from my account during the "blackout" that happened last weekend. They say they have made corrections my account is as stands. This place turned into a joke over night. Never in all my years have I been totally ripped off like this. I won't be posting until the problem is corrected or I can find a suitable replacement

They took over $1,100 from my account too. Gonnna give em a call to see what happened.
After the conversation I had with the head dick (Tony) I am going to chalk it up as a life lesson and just take this one in the ass. $1500 hurts, but I will survive it...takes half my profits from baseball this year.
Note to Madjackers...if you ever get on the phone with Tony, just hang up, not worth talking to that smug asshole, just hang up, not worth it.
Tony is a giant asshole, no question about that, many on here have had to deal with that fuck-head and it is never pleasant. But with that said 5dimes usually makes good in the long run (not always but most of the time). I am sure Jack will resolve this, I am sure your money will be back in your account soon, no way Jack will let 1500 bucks just vanish.
I have had a problem with 5 dimes twice, with Jacks help the issues got fixed, I'm almost positive you'll get your cash, I mean 1500 bucks can't just vanish, that's stealing.
Note: I dealt with a manager there and she was very nice, not everybody that works there is an asshole like Tony, some are good people that don't have a god complex.
