Hey guys

I don't use 5 dimes but I will give you the scoop. NO BOOK wants you to win. Most people lose by being confused and the more you are... one more edge for them. Scratch tix that are sold used to be run through a machine to tell if they were a winner. They quit that, made the games more intricate then made the player spot his winner to collect. Anyone have any idea how many millions go uncollected because of ignorance or oversight.??

Haven't got to speak with Matt yet but got this from Fred who I am not familiar with--

As you know, some days ago we performed major updates on our website,
we did so in order to give our customers the best service we can.
During this whole process we've experienced some difficulties that
had to dealt with and solved on a daily basis.
Because of this, we are constantly performing new updates that give
our customers more and more options and details.
Rest assured, we are working hard to get all the options we had on
the old system back online as soon as possible.

This is also the case with the confirmation screen on golf
wagers, so you can expect our website to become better and better
with each passing day, until you get all the options that you want on
your wagers.

If you have further doubts or concerns, please feel free to contact
us back at any time.

Agreed. It is an awful setup. They even changed the xml feed so I have to get the code re-written so that their matchup odds can be incorporated into my site again.

IIRC, they had a similar change in the software a few years ago and they reverted back to the old software after enough problems and complaints. Maybe we can force them to do the same again.
