I've been a longtime lurker and have been using a local book until recently I joined 5Dimes after my uncle told me that it was a great site. So I decided to give them a try a few weeks ago and deposited 500 and had a pretty good run so far. Hitting a few big parlays. So many choices!
The reason I am posting is because I made a wager at 2:01pm today and it was cancelled AFTER it won at 5:01pm. I was told it was a bad line.

Selma: 5Dimes reserves the right to correct grading errors at any time. Incorrect payouts due to grading/software error and any additional earnings from those payouts are subject to voiding/forfeiture.
Selma: If a player believes that 5Dimes has posted an erroneous line, or time error, the player should notify 5Dimes immediately to verify if the line/time is correct
Me: but why was it cancelled after I won?
Me: I didn't know that it was a bad line. This is the first time I played it. I just joined a few weeks ago
Me: Can I at least get the -250 line for my 200?
Me: since my wager was cancelled after it won
Selma: Because they didn't realize until then
Selma: any way it was a bad line
Selma: and as state in our web site
Selma: we don't pay bad lines
Selma: we pay when it is a fair play
Me: so there is nothing you can do?

This has left a bad taste in my mouth even though it wasn't much. They could have given me the win with the corrected line OR let me know before I won the wager. Just doesn't feel right :shrug:
