Had another truly terrible time with them today. Spent over 30 minutes trying to get any play in. Had no problems all week. Shut out on one major play, one medium, two small. Extremely frustrating & disappointing. Right now I'm still unable to get any play in. I give up.

they have been down most of the day for me. taking at least 15 minutes to place a bet. will not several basketball plays which have been over for at least 30 to 45 minutes.

call customer service and also the betting number and no answer at either number.

Same today tried some late stuff 25 min to start no phone no online had to go to my big guy ya need multiple outs any way !!! Needed to get in last leg of a 5 team parly ... cd not get it in !!! oh well !!

Yes, propbet has always been the site to access Dimes if their primary site had tech. issues. I was successful using that in the past. But, last time I tried it.. . it even got stuck.

The ransomware thingy is picking up and as soon as I saw what that sportbet. site looked like - I bailed real quick-like and cleared cookies. Sure doesn't look like Dimes like propbet.com does.

People had probs. with 5Dimes? I had big problems and after chatting with them, fixing settings for Chrome in my computer, and rebooting several times... all is well. BTW, I had no probs. with MIE accessing 5Dimes.
