They just posted a number that said Italy has surveyed the deaths number and that it was 88 percent had 2 or 3 "pre morbid" conditions. In laymans terms,,what would that mean? "Pre Morbid"?

Not a medic, but it's a pre-existing condition like high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, etc.

Like yyz and os said, pre-morbid means illnesses/chronic conditions/past events before the current covid-19 infection or whatever you?re medical problem is.

Usually it?s Diabetes, COPD, HIV, morbid obesity, or many other diagnoses. Sometimes it?s referred to as remote history with things like stroke, head injury or maybe leukemia. If you take a prescribed medication for anything every day, it?s probably a pre-morbid condition.

Which was reported recently as being a reason that the African American Community was hit so hard.....

This things friggen scary

Close friend has a daughter who's ICU nurse and she tells him how bad it is.

She's seeing people making a turn for the good, her shifts end, she comes back and patient is gone the next day.

Got to be depressing I don't care how tough you are
