Totally agree. But the debate coupled with the run up on voter registeration really bodes well for Kerry. I figure 10 percent of registered voters were on the fence say at may 1. But recent articles support a huge run up on new voter reg. Most so called experts say new voters are normally dems, and moreover angry at the incumbant.

I think everyone already knew Kerry would win the debates. He is a much better orator (an understatement), and he's been debating for 25 years. We all know Bush is not your run-of-mill politician but I think the people want to see action, not words. Kerry did a very good job speaking but he really didn't convey his plan very well. I thought his biggest mistake was saying that he wants to cut China out of the loop and have bilatteral talks with NoKo.
I also think it was pretty odd that he said he would go to the international community and ask them to join in a war that is of, what he says is the "wrong place, wrong time"...I think he may have some trouble there.
Damn he sure had nice hair though.
