jack when you said the truck driver was 70 years old like you were going to kick his ass after what happened to me with an older guy i wouldnt rush into it.i was a young kid out drinking with 2 of my friends in the north end of boston wich at the time was all italian.we were getting loud watching the patriots get there asses kicked when the bartender shut us off because we were bothering the other people in the bar.i said what people there are 3 old men sitting in a booth.so me with the big mouth goes over to the table and i said are we bothering you he said go over there and drink your beer and keep the noise down.within 5 minutes 2 other guys show up i knew we were in trouble the bartender said thats it guys i was glad because we just left i was smart enough to go over to the table and say sorry.i later found out the guys in that booth were gennaro angulo and his brother franco 2 old men that weighed 140 pounds that could have had me killed in two minutes i never mouthed off to any old man since.these 2 guys are now in federal prison and will die there they got 80year sentences for murder racketeering.irish mobster whitey bulger was the informer who put these italian mobsters away.angulo was a hot shit in court they had kids from school in the courthouse angulo looks at them smiles and says crime doesnt pay unless its organized.jack my advice to you is forget what happened to you because you never know who that truck driver is and what he might do.just be thankfull you and your family are still living.

jssmooth i think you missed the point if a 70 year old man looses his job because of jack you never know how one will react.you dont know if he will seek revenge or hire somebody to pay jack a visit its just not worth if forget about it and be thankfull your not hurt.what is calling the company going to do your not going to get compansated for damage so theres nothing to be gained here.

i didn't say ANYTHING about wanting to kick the guy's ass. i was describing the driver and was pointing out that i thought that maybe he might be too old to be driving that truck.
and, i DID report his old ass and they DID call me and left a message for me to call them back. i'll call them tomorrow and get that f'er in as much trouble as i can.

I've been around town my entire life, my family has been in the North End and Charlestown for 4 generations and as I said yesterday I own a produce business in town,
I supply numerous restaurants etc., and I am very familiar w/ the lay of the land.
