Fading Chan Ho. He has been terrible at the Ranger's Double A club in Frisco. If he can't get out Double A players, how will he get out Major Leaguers? He hasn't won in Arlington in two years and I don't see him reversing the trend tonight. This should be a high scoring game so I'm leaning towards the over.
