Parra over Choi -300 Lay .75 to make .25 (winner)
The only thing I don't like here is that the fight is in Choi's homeland of Korea, but since Choi has lost his last 2 decisions there I'm not too worried.
What I do like is that Parra is younger, stronger, and naturally bigger. Choi usually fights at 108 and when he stepped up in weight his last fight he lost a spit decision to Federico Catubay who is now 6-5-1. In the fight before that he was schooled by Bebis Mendoza and in 2002 he was tko'd in the 6th round by Jorge Arce, both fights were at 108. Parra will be just as tough and will weigh 4 more pounds.
Parra is coming off two big wins and is 26 years old in the prime of his career. Choi is coming off of two straight losses, is 32 years old and is stepping up in weight to face one of hardest punchers in the division.
Oh ya, less than a year ago Parra outboxed Eric Morel for 12 rounds, judges scores it 116-111 twice and 115-112 all for Parra in Puerto Rico!!! In Parra's last fight he went to Japan and beat Takefume Sakata so he's used to fighting in his opponents back yard.
