9 year old little league

Well. just got home been in sun 95 degrees since 9am. Was sooooooo worth it cuz got to watch son play double header today to win the league championship!! Coaches recently switched son to closer and he closed out both games. First game was 11-8 when he came in and we won 11-9. Then 2nd game went into extra innings and we won 8-7. Too very close games nail biters....was wishing I brought my xanax lol. Omg so proud what a fun day..........on to all star league now...starts monday..no break! lol

Damn yall already finished the season and its not even Mid-May. How many games do yall play? We just got finished the first 2 weeks down here.

we start in march in florida..like 12 games?
march to may spring ball
may to july all star
sept to nov fall ball

we didnt start till 2 weeks ago end of April and play till first week in June.

Keep him motivated and hope he loves the game.

About to head out and coach my sons T-ball team. We are in 2nd place right now. 3 games left then the tourney. I have never been so addicted to something in my entire life. This is the most fun I have ever had!!!

We won 23-13. :00hour

Yes we have a 12 team league and the top 6 make tourney. Play round robin to see who the champs are. Then all-stars. It is fun but you have to watch yourself so you don't get to excited. Most of the kids could care less if we win they just want the ice pop at the end of the game.

at 9 years old I wanted to win...my son who is not born yet, he is due in 3 weeks, I can't wait to teach him how to hit a baseball...my 3.5 year old daughter likes to dance, so sports is probably not in her future, you never know, I am sure she will play soccer at some point, congrats guys on enjoying baseball with your kids, I can't wait
