The 90 point rule is as follows

When a team has won 3 games in a row and has scored over 90 points in those three victories, you are supposed to bet against them their next start if they are laying points.

For example the Raiders have won their last 3 and have scored over the 90 points. They are laying 6 against the Jets, the play is take the Jets + 6. I do not know exactly why this works ,but it has been phenomenal this season. Something like 12-2 (dont quote me on that) Good Luck

It has been used for years and works some years better then others. Not to many loosing seasons since brought to my attention 1982. Was then said it worked because the law of averages has away of evening out. A team that goes on a 3 game run scores 90 or more is due to come up alittle less game 4. And in most cass will be fav and makes the dog a good play.

Oh one more thing. Don't know about you 90 rule. But the way i was told to use it was. The team to go against has scored more then 27 points in each of it's last three games. With all three games totaling 90 or more. Reason being is your 90 team plays a very high scoring games 55 points. Then comes back scoring 28 and 14. It is not a play. By scoring the 14 the cycle of averages has been broken. Your looking for 35,27,30 now you go against.
Just the opposite rule.
There was another rule called the trible 10 and under. I have not followed it. But any team that scored less then 30 points in last three games with 10 being the highest. Won none of the games. Play this team as a dog any where. You will find few plays but it did work before free agency.

HERE IT IS:

Trend 3:The Fourth 90 Theory
This is another solid play! Look for teams that have scored a total of 90 points or more during any three consecutive games periods.

What happens here is the opposite of what happens in the 20 Points or Less theory. The team is due for a low-scoring game. The play is to wager against any team that collectively scores a total of 90 or more points in three consecutive games. The results of this system are another mind boggler! Teams who have a Fourth 90 have won 232 times and lost 313 times by the Las Vegas pointspread. That means that the sports wagerer who wagers against the Fourth 90 teams won 313 bets and lost 232 bets on this play since the 1973 football season.

You dont play the dog any where in the under 10. You only play if a home dog, please read. The under 10 has worked great this year. For the over 90 not a big fan. Did me wrong the first 6 weeks so I stopped using it.

Trend 1:The Under 10 Aggression Hypothesis
This system calls for a wager on any team that scores 10 or less points in any regular season game when they are the home team underdog in their very next game. Let?s theorize why this wager has done so well in recent years. A team will experience frustration and anger when they can?t score in a game. These emotions are then constructively generated in their next home game, which is an advantage in itself. Our low scoring team tends to take out their frustration by playing more aggressively at home. The past performance record of the Under 10 Aggression Hypothesis is really quite remarkable. In the last thirty-two football seasons (1970?2001) the result is 304 wins and 218 losses!

One other interesting trend for MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL...

PLAY THE MONDAY NIGHT HOME TEAM!

Wagering on the home team to cover the pointspread on Monday Night Football has been a consistent moneymaker since the inception of the Monday games. Since 1970, the home team has covered the pointspread 59% of the time.

Ok went over my notes from week 4 thru week 10 for the over 90 theory. This system starts in week 4. I stopped using it the last three weeks but If I have time, I will try to figure out the record.
The record from week 4 thru week 10 are as followed...
The teams who have scored over 90 pts have lost 11 games and have won 9 games, pushing or tying on two.

11 L-9 W- 2 T hitting at 52% percent over the 7 weeks period.

Week four lost 5 won 3
Week Five lost 3 won 1 and pushed 1
Week six lost 0 and won 2
Week seven lost 1 won 1 and pushed 1
Week eight lost 1 won 2
Week nine no plays
Week ten lost 1

I'm not saying to go against this theory or to go with it. I just wanted to put this information out there for everyone to see before they put their hard earn money on this game.

You know some nice info here thks to all. As for a team that played Buff last week does not cover the next week. Well that just started this year and we don't know why. It could have been any team. I cant see it as Buff being real physical team and the other team is just beat up. That would be more from playing physical team like Philly or TBay, Balt before injuries hurt there Df's I guess We don't know why. Or does someone have idea why Buff.
