:p

I see this game like a track meet.

Both teams strengths = guards =lots of running =141.5=over

The trends here strongly say UNDER:

Missouri: (o/u) last 3 years
after a conf game: 4-11
as an underdog: 7-10
all totalled games: 8-16
road: 3-6
on 0 or 1 days rest: 3-6

Oklahoma: (o/u) last 3 years
after a conf. game: 4-15
as a favorite: 3-7
all totalled games: ****4-21***
at home: 1-4
on 0 or 1 days rest: 2-9

No Way!!!

No Way!!!

Sorry Val but I have to strongly disagree with you...Oklahoma is putting up 82 pts a game this year and giving up 62 pts a game. 82 pts + 62 pts = 144 pts...OVER the 141.5 here...And as for Missouri they are putting up 80 pts per game and giving up 66 pts per game...80 pts + 66 pts = 146 pts... which is also OVER the 141.5... Now if you take what these two teams are averaging and add them together you get 162 pts... which once again is over the 141.5
So I see no current reason so far THIS SEASON as to why these two teams shouldn't score well into the 150's tonight.....

Of course Missouri doesn't want to run, but I think that they know they will have too, in order to keep up with Oklahoma running up and down the court on them....The last two games they played were last year, this is a whole new season with two differant teams playing, as it's shown because both ball clubs are averaging over 80 points a night....

Too Fast........that way of computing totals is not good.....but I agree with you.....

going on the premise that if Mizzou will run with Duke, I htink they will run with Oklahoma.......Oklahoma's pressure D will force them to attack....both halfcourt and fullcourt.......

You can't go by pts/game average. At least not if you want to make an accurate calculation. First, look at Mizzou: 117 pts vs Southern, 106 vs Jackson St and 100 vs Grambling. These games shouldn't even be counted in the stats. As for Oklahoma, they put up 109 vs Eastern Illinois, 107 vs High Point and 102 vs Bethune Cookman. None of those teams have the athletes to defend teams like these.
