Did you get duct taped to a seat again??
NOT YET! I'LL NEVER STEP FOOT ON THAT SHITHOLE AIRLINE EVER AGAIN. Looks like I'll lose $840 dollars with that decision.
Any chance you'll provide more detail? :0003
Yeah I'll provide details later, I have stuff to do.
In a nutshell, they change my flight time by 6 hours. It screws up my schedule badly. I can't do it that way. This is over a month in advance mind you. This flight allows a ONE TIME FREE CHANGE. Pick another flight at no charge. How many more times are they going to change it?
So anyway, it doesn't work for me. I want a full refund for both legs of the trip because I'll never use this airline ever again. They will only give me a 'CREDIT' for the one leg, the return. The flight with the 6 hours time change. I want the whole ticket refunded. Nope. You can have a credit for the return flight. I heard about United not refunding people that had to cancel because of Covid last year. They were one of the worst ones.
This is how you can get a refund.
Supporting documentation will be required in the attachments.
- A death in the immediate family.
- Illness.
- Jury duty summons.
Fuck these people.
I may be able to work something out over the phone but of course, they are experiencing unusual long wait times. Please make changes on our website. Some shit like that.
I don't want a flight credit good for one year. Suppose I don't use it? I won't!
Maybe I'll reverse charges on my CC.
Then I get hit with DirecTV bullshit.
Great mood now.
Never had much luck with United myself.
Sorry to hear of your troubles with them.
Wife works for American but we fly Delta quite often. Those are my top 2.
Just read their mottos.
Was ...Fly the friendly skies.
Now.....Our prices can't be beaten! But our customers can.

I use Delta mainly but 1st class was $400 cheaper with United for the dates I wanted. Bastids. Never again!
