i was embarrassed for him....the mexican judge was pretty much on the money...

from around the 5th round on,chambers wasn`t there....nowhere to be found..

obviously, the guy wasn`t ready for prime time....probably never will be considering he`d have to beat klitschko or peter...

povetkin?..hard to gauge...yeah,he threw alot of punches...but,i can throw alot of punches if i`m not afraid of getting hit back.....

i don`t know whether chambers lacks heart, stamina or is just plain lazy......he didn`t look tired...of course, why would he be....he took the last 7 rounds off....he was a sparring partner....

maybe he`s just afraid to pay the price...i can`t believe his father didn`t know that deep down....

no more trips overseas for eddie...

maybe povetkin can get klit into the deep water and drown him....not sure about that after seeing him eat right hands from a short ,pitty pat punching hvywt for 5 rounds and swelling up like he did...

i`m just shocked that chambers didn`t zero in on that left eye........he had plenty of time to work on it....

the only word i can think of to describe chambers is "apathy"...

I think when you said lazy it best described him. His 38 size trunks looked like 46's would have been more comfortable. How a guy at this age can't get in tip top shape and then you see Roy Jones at 39 carved up like a statue is just befuddling.

he did a similar thing vs brock....took rounds off and made an easy fight much harder than it should have been...the sad part is,the guy`s talented...

i can`t believe his father didn`t know what he had in his son...i heard him in the corner bitching about b.ball, swimming and t.v. or whatever...he knew the kid has work ethic problems...

his old man thought maybe his son would change by going halfway around the world to fight the best amateur hvywt of the last decade?...his dad made a big mistake for a paycheck,imo...

this guy,who was held in high esteem, has lost alot of gravitas.....bad career move...

povetkin gave the perfect blueprint for beating chambers...get in shape and throw punches...doesn`t matter whether they land...just work....

I can't think of any other reason for him not dropping down to cruiser, other than more money in the heavyweight division and perhaps he just really digs the ding-dongs, ho-ho's, krispy kreme's.... Fast Eddie is also Fat Eddie.
