Iowa State +$220ML....WVU season for a big bowl game ended with the Sooner loss...they were exposed a bit in that one...their QB looked very average unlike the early part of the year...defense looked slow and couldn't tackle either. Iowa State a tough out and seems to play hard each and every week..I think they are more physical than WVU, want it more and have a better coach and are at home in their last game...don't think you need the points in this one...Iowa State 44, WVU 30

MinnesotaML+$440 and 15 points seems like a lot to me..Wisconsin hardly ever blows anybody out....they just grind it out for wins with their D...Minny not a bad club..kind of like a poor man's Wisconsin...I could see a lower scoring 21-20 type game...I'll dabble with the ML small..but do like the points in this one.

VirginiaML +$700 and 17.5 points...Rivalry game where Va Tech almost always wins...but not always a blowout however...Virginia much better coached this year...Va Tech would often win this rivalry game late by just having better decision making in terms of coaching..that's not the case this time..so it comes down to pure talent...Virginia not a bad offensive team and that can run and pass both...they should be able to get into the 20s...Va Tech could run all over Virginia's D but could see them turning the ball over a few times...final score could be in high 20s for each team..28-26...I'll dabble on the ML and take the points for sure bigger.

Vandy +$250ML and 7 1/2 points..Rivalry game, at least for Vandy here..Tenn the more talented team for sure..will they show up though? Butch Jones has never had a handle on this team from day 1...they have a top 10 [jysical talent with a bottom 10 mental ability...they can be beat by well coached inferior teams that want it more...and I'm guessing that might be the case today..Vandy 31, Tenn 24

Ga Tech +$180ML and 5 points...normally I would never take an middle of the pack ACC school over a middle of the PAC SEC school..but in this one, I like better coached team with an experienced QB. Tech runs the triple option which Georgia doesn't see much (Ga Southern I think runs the same)...but what I like more than that is their QB can throw out of it...not all that often but when he does, it works..Georgia beat a good Auburn team last week..Auburn's offense was exposed in that one...Ga Tech's QB much better than Auburn's...Ga Tech I think can keep this one close and win at the end...20-19.

Kentucky +26.5 points. Not going with ML but do like the points. Kentucky a decent club this year...Louisville up and down the last few weeks...rivalry game...I think Kentucky can get into the 30s in this one...which means Louisvlle would need the 60s to cover...I say they don't...Louisville 45, Kentucky 31

Rice Owls +35 points...Rice is not a terrible team..QB is decent...they've got a few guys who can stretch the D...I think they can get into the 20s...which mean Standard needs to be in the 50s...Stanford has never been a high scoring team under this coach...he likes to grind the other team into submission and is not a quick scoring or high flying team...also, with an over of 53, it seems like Vegas is assuming Rice won't score more than 9 points to cover the 35 and the over (i.e., final score 45-9)...I think the 45 is about right...but the 9, think that's too low..Owls should get at least 17...Stanford 51, Rice 20.

Best Bets. Iowa State and Virginia and Minny with the points.

Add Lehigh - 2 1/2

Add Lehigh - 2 1/2

Lehigh -2 /12 on Intertops...Lehigh has an outstanding team on both sides of the ball...very explosive offence with a talented QB...well coached and talented team that shouldn't lay an egg. given this game should get them to the playoffs next week. Lehigh has beaten New Hampshire once this season and don't see why anything would be different this time, if anything, the margin should be greater than the 11 they won last time out...Lehigh 48, UNH 20....like this one a lot

A good read; I like to stay away from as many favorites as possible on rivalry week.

Good luck today. I think you can add Purdue plus 21.5 to the list. Cannot see Hoosiers giving 3tds to anyone.
