A funny thing happened on the way to....

living my life.

Life has kept me from this place, what seems
like way to long now. But just to let ya all
know. I'm out here kicking, scratching,
clawing, biting and kicking.

Yeah, okay so much more like drink'n, fight,n
swear'n. Yeah ya get the drift.

Life is good. The job goes well, CC now in
remission 9 months with the cancer. C-Doggie
just about done getting his edumication.
Folks are fighting off the effects of being 80 something.

Although me and the wife have had a split
while she finds herself. Life is good, I still have friends, a great job and my
health. Thanksgiving yeah got to think
I have just a bit to be thankful for.

I have been away to long, but have never had any of you far from my thoughts and prayers.

Okay, so I can't drink enough, the golf game
still sucks, and that Birthday thing passed by again. I can live with that on the fact
of all the other rewards life has dealt this
guy.

Take care, as always be well. Know I'm here
in spirit. Oh, yeah ! If you see Jack
smack in the head, and poke that stinking COW
in the eye for me as well.

I knew somethin' smelled funny when I logged on. Funnier than crap!

Jeez, I don't come around for a coupla days 'cause I been busy tweakin' my power ratings and look who wanders in. I thought you was eighty-sixed, Squarecrow! Damn good to see you're still raisin' hell, my friend. If I'd known you were comin' I woulda prepared somethin'!

Fantastic news about CC, I told ya she was gunna beat that crap! I mean, you may of taught her alotta stuff, but I know givin' up ain't one of 'em.

I am sorry to hear about your better half takin' a powder. I hate it when they can finally see the real us, don't you? Hang in there, pal. It gets easier as you get older, I don't remember why. Ya see what I'm sayin'?

Believe it or not, you've staggered into my thoughts and prayers on occasion, too! Don't worry though, the doc gave me somethin' what's 'sposed to keep it from ever happening again. Whew!

And as for givin' me a poke in the eye! Well, lets just say I was relieved (and astonished) that it was my eye you was talkin' about.

I hope you finally won a bet, man. I know you were on a helluva cold streak. What was it, 17 months? Anyway, keep tryin'! As they say... luck happens!
