Iraq has decided to unconditionally allow weapons inspectors. I highly doubt Bush will go for it since he wants the Sadam gone but it will take him a while before he can issue any reasonable response. Regardless, the markets will think this is the greatest thing in the world and people will buy stocks like crazy until such a time that Bush decides it isn't enough.
