Dog diarrhea.

This is when I'm sure glad I don't have an 80 pound dog.

My soon to be SIL has a husky that's about 50 pounds. We were just talking about this on Sunday. When his dog gets the bad shits he goes straight out and rents a carpet machine. Those bad shit days wind up costing him ~ 50 bucks.

My wife and I have an honor system. Whoever discovers the shit, cleans it up. I trust that we both stay honest on that system. Some of the real bad ones she'll do because I can't get through the real bad ones without gagging and almost puking.

What a mess.

We have a system too. If I find it, I clean it up. If she finds it, I clean it up.

Bought a Bissel a few years ago, great purchase decision. Helps with this kind of thing.

The last time this happened to me, the dog was in the spare room under the bed. I smelled something horrific and found him under the bed covered in shit and puke. I was gagging and had to get his nasty ass outside before he did anymore damage. Nasty!

Even with the shits my dog doesn't go inside. What the hell man, teach your dog some manners.

Dog have emergencies just like humans. If we are sleeping or not at home and they get an emergency shit they have no choice. Shit happens.

I've never had a dog and have never known a dog owner that had a dog that didn't have a mistake every now and then.

Hard to believe your dog never got sick and shit in the house but if you say so. Congrats. :0008

I have three dogs all over 80 pounds. Never cleaned up shit from any one of them inside. Puke and twice pee but never poop. I also have a doggie door.

Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
My 13 year old Lab just had a day of nasty diarrhea.

He made it outside I saw it unload....it shot out about a foot, would have seriously damaged someone.

Hosed it down, cleaned his ass before I let him in.

Gave him half a can of green beans. (my 83 year old vet swears by it) right as rain a day later.
I give him green beans for fiber twice a week now...he luvs em.

I guess I'm pretty lucky because since he's been potty trained he's never done anything in the house. He has thrown up in my car so I guess that should count against him.
